The Bit Wheels (BW) concept was brought to life by a group of friends that share a combined passion for technology and automobiles. BW is an automotive-focused NFT or digital collectible project developed by My DAMNetwork, a digital asset management network that stands at the intersection between traditional business institutions and the next iteration of the internet, Web3.
With the adoption of Web3 underway, we wanted to create and share our passion with others in a unique way, by utilizing blockchain technology as our platform. The BW collection comprises 10,800 unique, 1:1 digital automobiles that are created by petrol heads, for petrol heads. Each BW minted will serve as an access key, keys that grant access into the swanky Bit Wheels Car Club (BWCC) — an automotive-driven virtual reality experience. BW holders are transferred ownership and commercial usage rights upon minting.

Our Vision
To create and share an automotive ecosystem with like-minded enthusiasts throughout the cryptosphere and in real life. We accomplish this by developing a concept that brings us together with shared interests and experiences. Along the journey, we partner with endemic Web3 brands, cultural institutions, and a fueled community that bring us together with exciting collaborations, live events, access to partner/sponsor concessions, and other inclusive benefits that will evolve over the course of time.

Programs
Genesis Program
The Genesis Program is a series of 10 automobile archetypes curated by the core team. These are reimaginations of classic examples that we wanted to see live on a virtual platform. The archetypes in the Genesis program are retrofitted with over 120+ attributes and decals that mimic the distinct customization aspect of real-life cars and trucks. This allows for a wide variety of unique archetype constructions that can be generated. There will be roughly 8,000 BW available within the program.
Canvas Program
A collaborative effort with artists who create one-of-a-kind art cars, aimed at providing the creative community an additional platform to showcase their talent. The Canvas Program will allow creatives the ability to take any of the existing BW digital archetypes and draw, doodle, or create whatever the artist sees fit onto the automobiles. All of the archetypes within the BW digital collection can be retrofitted with the artist and creatives’ designs. We hope to expand the BW community into more than just car collectors, but art collectors as well. As with art cars IRL, the impact of art and cars reaches far into both ecosystems. With the addition of blockchain technology, art cars can now take on new life within Web3.

P2E Program
The Bit Wheels play-to-earn program is an assemblage of racetracks thats are designed for BW holders to participate in automotive races, modify their BW with features from designated partners, or build a racing team, which utilizes our native token. The racetracks will have various garages, where users can mod their BW and boost their attributes. Users can leave their vehicles in a garage by paying a fee using the native token, which will fund the upgrades. To ensure the BW ecosystem remains deflationary, for every transaction that uses our native token— entering a garage, modding vehicles, or marketplace fees, etc. — we burn it.
Staking Program
BW holders will be able to generate additional earnings by staking our native token within our locked-staking pools.

Bespoke Program
Using the successful launch of the Genesis Program, we organize the database of all archetypes, parts, attributes, and decals made available throughout the collection and airdrop existing holders a car kit. This car kit allows holders the ability to create and then modify the archetype airdropped to the liking of each owner, therefore creating a new and bespoke vehicle to utilize within the Bit Wheels Car Club.
Sponsorship Program
Similar to real-world racing teams, BW offers valuable brand real estate on each tokenized digital collectible. Original BW minters are equipped with a unique, real-world utility that is attached with each digital sponsorship. These sponsorships vary and offer distinctive access and/or services to the accompanying token holder, based on each designated sponsor.
Current sponsors: Véhicule Magazine, PWR RSRV, ANFRA Business Solutions
Merchant Program
After a few laps around the track and to celebrate the BW ecosystem, we will partner with notable ateliers to create unique products that represent the craftsmanship and attention to detail that identify with the BW ethos.

Philanthropic Program
Helping others and giving back has been and will always be in our DNA. Partnering with a charitable institution that holds similar values and an aligned vision of giving back, it is only right that we use the platform we have been given and entrusted with, to use for the enhancement of human life. Further details on this program will be announced closer to our stage 1 Genesis Program release.
FAQs
Where can I find the Bit Wheels Collection?
To build on top of a community of genuine members, the collection will be released in various stages through our online portal bit-wheels.io. The secondary market partner will be announced closer to the stage 1 Genesis release.
Why is Bit Wheels even worth collecting?
IRL, there are many different automobiles on the marketplace. We wanted to capture that same essence within our ecosystem. The core team noticed that within the digital collectable space, most projects created a single avatar/archetype and built around that. We wanted to change the narrative and approach the concept in a different way — 10 different ways, to be exact. We could never truly capture the love for automotive design with a single character. So we looked at the history of the automobile and tried to showcase that history within this collection, but with a modern, digital identity. Mirroring the rarity of specific automobile models IRL, we wanted to create a distribution of BW archetypes that best represented the uniqueness of our examples:
2,000 Muscle Cars.
1,700 Eleanors
1,500 Groovy Bus’s
1,250 Funky Trucks
1,100 Funky Cars 10. 250 Hyper Cars
1,000 SUVs
850 Antique Cars
650 Concept Cars
500 Sports Cars
250 Hyper Cars

How much will each Bit Wheels digital collectible cost?
Learning and adapting to the ever-evolving Web3 space, we have had the opportunity to study projects and their approach to release structures and sales after minting. We feel that adopting a hybrid approach to our releases is the strategy that rewards those who genuinely resonate with the BW vision. Inspired by the Azuki brand, we believe the best way to launch our ‘Genesis Program’ collection is to release in three stages, with the combination of a dutch auction, Famlist, and public release.
Dutch Auction — A public sale where the price of a digital collectible starts at an initial price (ceiling price) and drops by a fixed amount periodically. Roughly 8,000 Bit Wheels will be available to mint starting at 1 ETH and will descend 0.1 ETH every 30 minutes until the floor price of .1618 (the Golden Ratio) is met.
*Famlist *— The core team has close relationships with everyone belonging to the Famlist. This carefully vetted group of BW family members has shown genuine interest and involvement in the BW ecosystem from the starting line. Famlisters ensure that the BW foundation is strong, ecosystem pure, and are continuously engaged. The Famlist release will take place 24 hours after the dutch auction. The price for Famlisters will be half of the final BW sold in the dutch auction. So, if the last BW minted in the dutch auction was 0.2 ETH, the Famlist price would be 0.1 ETH.
Public Sale — The final release will be available to the general public. Any remaining BW that were not minted in the dutch auction or from the Famlist, will be available for minting during the public sale. The public sale price will be the same as the final price from the dutch auction. So, if the final BW minted at 0.2 ETH during the dutch auction, the public sale price would be the same, 0.2 ETH.

How many Bit Wheels can I mint?
ERC721A has become publicly available and provides a fully compliant implementation of IERC721, with significant gas savings for minting multiple digital collectibles in a single transaction. This means users can mint up to 5 BW in a single transaction, while essentially only paying gas fees as if minting one BW.
What do I get with a Bit Wheels digital collectible?
As the digital ecosystem evolves with time, so will the abilities and functions of the BW digital collectibles. Upon release, holders are transferred ownership and commercial usage rights; OG minters will have access to sponsor and partner benefits; periodic car kit airdrops; ability to participate in real-world & virtual BWCC rallies and events, etc. These utilities will continue to develop over time with new and exciting partners and ideas. If at the end of the day those things don’t matter, you have a pretty DAMN cool car, too.
