I'm going BIZARRE to announce the official release of my 1-minute animated comic: "BizarreBeasts: Zombiez."

This is a massive milestone, dropping this new BIZARRE animation in response to BizarreBeasts ($BB) achieving 1st Place ranking in the Decentralized Pictures (DCP) Award for Base Creators! The short is now ALIVE and available to collect on Zora!

This short is an action-packed, minute-long animated BizarreBeasts comic that starts with a cinematic, suspenseful zoom through Bizarre City and lands right on the site of the disaster: BIZARRE LABS.

The plot confirms every BizarreBeast's worst fear: Some beast left a tank containing the Slime Slugs open, allowing them to escape and quickly invade the city, transforming the local BizarreBeasts into BIZARRE Zombiez.

The animation features four iconic BizarreBeasts in their new, Zombiez form, plus the Slime Slug:

These dynamic, new Zombiez are all collectible as NFTs, capturing this unique moment of evolution in the BizarreBeasts ($BB) universe.

When concepting this animation piece, I knew the music and sound effects had to match the BIZARRE chaos. The original score for "BizarreBeasts: Zombiez" was written and composed by the multi-talented independent producer Kate Yarter of Honey High Records.

She delivered two distinct movements that perfectly captured my vision:

• Part 1: Suspense and Tension Driven by cinematic synth, strings, and saxophone, it sets a chilling, suspenseful mood as the Slime Slugs make their escape.

• Part 2: Hip-Hop Apocalypse It quickly transitions into a powerful, hip-hop-driven composition that blends the music seamlessly with the sounds of the Zombiez invasion.

The release of "BizarreBeasts: Zombiez" is a tangible demonstration of the growth that earning #1 ranking in the DCP Award is driving for the BizarreBeasts project. This prestigious onchain grant was awarded to BizarreBeasts through community voting and support:

• Deep Community Engagement: Fueled by over 150,000 game plays and a dedicated grassroots community of token and NFT holders.

• Artist-Turned-Developer Execution: Highlighting my commitment to deliver the full creative vision by single-handedly developing the artwork, games, smart contracts, and now, the BizarreBeasts: Zombiez animated comic.

The $1,000 in production funding I am receiving from DCP is being invested immediately back into the project to accelerate IP development and continue creating and expanding BizarreBeasts IP.
