Hello everyone, it's Adam with the weekly update on Blockenberg. We've been hard at work over the past week, and I'm excited to share our progress with you.
First up, we've added a new chatbot feature to the platform, powered by Smartsupp. This chatbot allows you to get in touch with our support team any time you need assistance, even outside of regular business hours. If there's nobody available to help you right away, we'll respond to your query via email as soon as possible.
In addition to the chatbot, we also fixed an issue with the default button that appears in empty content areas. This should make it easier to get started with creating content on the platform.
Unfortunately, we haven't made any progress on the account workflow and logic this week. As you may know, Blockenberg is built on the Fission framework, and we want to ensure that any solutions we develop align with the core direction of the framework. That said, if you represent an organization that needs help setting up the publishing process, please reach out to us via the chatbot and we'll do our best to assist you.
