Anxiety hits real bad when I have time to think. Too much thinking trying to figure out if this will work or will it fail. Too much planning going on in your mind. You think too much. You get nothing done. All your time is spent thinking, dreaming, idealising. But how much time do you actually spent getting shit done?
What is the reason you think so much? Are you addicted to thinking? Why is it you rather spend time to distract your brain?
Anxiety comes from the unrest feeling that you are not progressing in life.
The fear of getting left behind while the world moves on.
It happens when you are doing nothing, and you have time to think. That’s when your mind runs wild being creative in its own way. Keep your mind occupied, always be doing something. Do not give your brain time to think about negative thoughts. Drown it with happy thoughts. DROWN THEM.
Motivational Podcast every morning like you used to, have an agenda, and really keep to it. Keep it simple and achievable so you do not feel like it’s a chore doing it.
Keep reminding yourself of what is within your reach, what is not.
Focus your efforts on what is within your reach.
Find a job to have a stable income to get out of the survival mode.
Once stable, start working on skills and self development.
Clear and concise goals, there must always be a reason for doing what you are doing.
Any random thoughts you have, pen it down. Re-visit end of day.
