Fuel is a modular public chain, like Celestia. Both projects share the same co-founder, John Adler, who was one of the earliest proponents of Optimistic Rollup.
So far, Fuel Labs, the developer of Ethereum's expansion solution Fuel, has completed a total of two funding rounds:
Completed a $1.5 million funding round led by CoinFund in September 2021
In early September 2022, Fuel Labs announced that it had completed $80 million in financing, led by Blockchain Capital and Stratos Technologies. Alameda Research, CoinFund, Bain Capital Crypto, TRGC, Maven 11 Capital, Blockwall, Spartan, Dialectic and ZMT are among the participants.
In September, Fuel launched the first public Fuel test net for developers with beta-1, providing open access to developers and users. More than 130,000 transactions were completed in 2 months. Currently has deployed some project, to view the progress of the project: https://github.com/FuelLabs/awesome-fuel#projects-building-on-fuel
On November 15, Fuel announced the launch of beta 2, the second round of public beta testing. The official article says that Beta 2 is not an incentive test network and there are no direct rewards for participating in the network. But the volume still needs to be rolled, and testing doesn't take much time.
Install and test the Fuel browser plug-in wallet
https://fuels-wallet.vercel.app/
Drag the downloaded file into the extension with the mouse, and remember to open the developer mode in the upper right corner.
SwaySwap is a Dex, currently deployed as a demo application on the Fuel test network beta-1. The main functions of this Dex include swap and pool to provide liquidity, after sending tweets to share!!
swaySwap does not need to connect to the browser plug-in wallet installed in the above section, but can interact with the wallet created in the swayswap web page. The web wallet is a one-time version. Once the cache is cleared and the operation is performed again, you need to create a new wallet.
