Hello World!

We’re introducing KoloDAO, a small community of friends who invest together.

We want to invest in DAOs that align with our values.

We ask ourselves, would we like to be part of this community? Would this community exist in 5-10 years and would we still want to be a part of it?

Right now we’re just two friends experimenting in the space.

We created a GNOSIS safe to manage our funds and we have a snapshot for off chain voting. Our first snapshot proposal is here.

As we intend to invest 100 euros a month, we chose to use the Polygon network due to cheaper fees in comparison to Ethereum.

Although Ethereum has a lot more communities we’re interested in, our hope is that the Ethereum gas fees drop soon 🙂

The process of creating a DAO and deploying funds has taught us a lot. 

We have a long way to go in the crypto/web3 space. Lots of problems to solve and opportunities to explore.

At KoloDAO, we’re firm believers in DAOs and the power of communities. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.

We’ll be sharing our experiences once a month as we explore this Wild West of innovation.
