I was recently introduced to GnoLand by a friend of mine, and I became interested in it after having a preliminary look at it. Let me tell you a little bit about GnoLand.
Gnoland is created from a Tendermint fork, which is called New Tendermint. It also comes with Gno Lang, an interpreted golang-like language to write Realms (Smart Contracts on Gno).
Its goal is to create a decentralized, secure and scalable smart contract platform for people to create important applications, especially against censorship.
In order to optimize the consensus process between validators and fully utilize multi-core processors as one, #Gnoland aims to provide a simple yet comprehensive smart contracts language and framework.
Does it sound different from those rug programs and programs that don’t do real work? That’s what makes it special. The vision is big and there is plenty of room for growth.
Looking forward to learning more :)
