About consumer rights day

“International consumer rights and interests day” is the 15th day of March every year, which was determined by the international consumer Union in 1983. Its purpose is to expand the publicity of consumer rights and interests protection and make it valued all over the world, so as to promote the cooperation and communication between national and regional consumer organizations and better protect consumer rights and interests internationally. The China Consumer Association has determined that the theme of the year of consumer rights protection organized by the National Consumer Association in 2021 is “safeguarding safe and smooth consumption”.
