Wake up early.
Exercise.
Study good books.
When you need to get something done, focus on it intensely. Eliminate distractions as much as possible, and practice resisting the urge to do anything else besides what you have decided to do. You will get better at it with time and practice, and you will get major satisfaction out of living deliberately.
You decide what you will do. You decide what your life will look like.
What do you want?
With patience, go get it. Consistently do a little bit each day to move you closer to the life you want to have. Be patient and persistent. If you have a bad day, that’s okay. Get up the next day and keep going. Keep trying. Keep going.
What do you have to lose? Might as well try.
