The past couple of days have been a real highlight for me.
I had the chance to sit down with two businesses, both run by good friends, to walk through some of the AI tools I’ve been working with lately.
But this wasn’t just a surface-level “here’s what’s possible” kind of chat.
We dug in.
We opened up the toolbox.
Explored different workflows, looked at real business pain points, and started figuring out where these tools could actually fit in their day-to-day operations.
No fluff, Just practical conversations about saving time, reducing friction, and unlocking better work.
And let me tell you, watching that lightbulb moment hit… it never gets old.
There’s something seriously fulfilling about being in the room when people “get it.”
When they see how a tool could solve a problem they’ve just learned to tolerate.
In both conversations, we got deep into use cases.
Where are you losing time?
Where are you repeating the same task every day that could easily be automated?
What would your team be able to do if they weren’t stuck doing admin all week?
And then I showed what’s possible, live.
One session in, both teams were buzzing.
Ideas started flowing.
The energy shifted from “we’re curious” to “we need to try this.”
It wasn’t about selling them something.
It was about showing them that AI doesn’t have to be a distant concept, it’s something they can plug into their work right now.
It’s not in the tech.
It’s in the fit.
Where does it actually make sense in your workflow?
Where can it save hours, smooth out processes, or help your team make better decisions faster?
That’s what I care about.
Not shiny tools... usable ones.
Ones that click into place and just… work.
This week was a great reminder of why I do what I do.
Helping people see what’s possible.
Helping businesses operate smarter.
Being in the room when the dots connect.
If you’re curious about AI — explore it.
Ask questions.
Play with tools.
You don’t have to know everything right away, you just have to start.
We’re building some amazing things already.
And this is only the beginning.
Catch you on the next one!
