Canadian tech company ChainSafe has launched Forest, a Rust-based Filecoin client. currently in alpha beta on the Filecoin mainnet, the Forest Rust client can synchronize and validate the Filecoin network, and can also be used as an alternative client to check status. The beta has fixed 16 vulnerabilities that were audited by Sigma Prime and is currently awaiting the final audit report.
