In order to encourage presence, exposure and maintain relationships within the community, I proposed a POAP game combined with an application for social moments. This game is designed to attract people, build relationships and create a sense of belonging.
It is a way to express the diversity of a community, and bring everyone together. To paint the horizon lines in a certain shade is to bring beauty and joy to the eyes of those who observe it, and to appreciate the beauty of what is already there, while at the same time seeking to improve and renew it. Inviting an international community of people who care to come together and share their visions and perspectives is a step toward connecting the world, both in person and virtually. In this way, we can create a space where we can learn from each other, where we can share our culture, our ideas and our experiences.

Creating a separate POAP for all EthTLV side events as part of a series. Connecting to the event website and creating a timeline that allows you to see on a leaderboard the indication of active participants and activities during the ongoing event. A scoreboard and accumulating points for a prize were the basis for motivating the participants beyond a nice souvenir. A combination of a Telegram bot that presents the leaders and connects to the site and the following events within the active TG is intended to produce more than a game but a tool to bring people together in a meaningful way, building interaction for a sense of unity and belonging. With a future thought for the benefit of closed communities through a token for event participants.

I used DALL-E as a substitute for Image Bank, I searched for the skyline of Tel Aviv, in practice I got a fictional city, devoid of trees cloned buildings symbols of symbols become anonymous in a public space. In order to produce a wrapper I used the colors of the Ethereum logo. The logo for the event required a small correction, and there was a fear of offending the other designers. The implementation was therefore complex, under time pressure and with the need to progress step by step and perform in a significant way.

In order to overcome the gap, I used a font designed after a stylistic study of the city of Tel Aviv by Yanek Iontef. This font is free to use and includes 3 languages, representing a bridge connecting the past to the future, allowing us to explore the possibilities of what could be, in a digital format.

Participants of EthTLV came from Israel and all around the world. It was surprising to find out that some of them had never encountered POAP before. It was also surprising to see how few people used ENS at the event. It was not surprising, however, that there was fear of scanning QR codes and interacting with wallets and mobile phones.
With Lior and Eylon from Collider, we talk about dreams and ideas The connection between an idea and a game - with Yotam It was Patricio & POAP.xyz who gave a hand to form something Organizers and IRL implementation - explain before, provide tools to spread In all events, among participants
We had a tight deadline. We began two weeks prior and didn't have time to evaluate our strategy beforehand. We had to improvise and construct as needed. We had to be sure that the prize was real and nothing was certain.

Despite master organizers for the event, almost 30 side events and another 3 main events created a multi-part puzzle of who organizes, who is on the ground, who helps in the game?

Events were independently produced in different locations and times throughout the city for 10 days. Unfortunately, it was impossible to be at all of them. We could have used event volunteers to help distribute and support the organizers, who were busy with other tasks.
The game's weakest point. In the beginning, I considered ticketing in advance by using the POAP or integrating with Eventbrite's API, but time limits and different standards made initial synchronisation and information regarding the number of participants difficult. In addition, there is the fear of farming and the desire to keep the use for participants only. Bring QR codes and different dispensers, in addition to relying on WIFI or manual printing.
A mechanism is missing that would enable direct production of any event owner, with the ability to add details directly. This would have facilitated the event owner's involvement in the distribution. The design lacked flexibility, as any change in the event required an unnecessary POAP due to the inclusion of dates. Furthermore, there was a lack of clear presence in most events to explain the game and provide easy assistance to those having difficulty.

I have a lot of ideas, and I am happy to share them. Some of them come true, most of them don't, but I know how to dream big and try to realize what is possible, and I believe that this time I did quite well, albeit with compromises. A new world of ticketing systems for events opened up to me, and I learned protocols I hadn't heard of and enabled APIs. I also got to meet and get to know many new fascinating people.
