Hello, all CPG (Crypto Packaged Goods) investigators. Today we are going to do a high-key summary of CPG.
Crypto Packaged Goods is doing a drop of POP NFTs, these are a secondary collection to their genesis.
Here is what the mint of the Pop NFTs get you:
→ Access to Pop chats and CPG Incubator
→ Access to Genius Calls, virtual events, and IRL meetups
→ Access to CPG Data Room
→ Token-permissioned access to upcoming drops
→ Daily digests of top Club CPG content and market reports
→ Allow list raffles
→ Access to CPG bots, dashboards, and WalletWatch feed
→ Allow list for ((redacted))

CPG comes off as a PROOF-like group, “Our members are founders of successful startups and prominent NFT projects, artists, venture capitalists, established web3 executives, proven NFT traders, and aspiring builders in crypto.“
CPG is a Web3 Alpha Group + Incubator
My thoughts are that it seems cool because they are aiming to not only be your Web3 Alpha group but will also be an incubator meaning they will help members get their projects/companies startup in Web3 - Now that’s value.
So far CPG has made quite a good name for itself. WIth their Genisis collection of 329 NFTs going from 7e → 30e this month. With a total volume of 780e.
Their Twitter also has ~70k followers.
Just from this traction so far I’m getting a vibe that these may play out as the PROOF passes.

CPG is founded by Chris Cantino and Jaime Schmid.
For their POP drop, the art will be done by Stewart Scott-Curran contract by Mason, and Metadata by Montana Wong
By my analysis, this team is more than capable to lead CPG to be a top-tier Web3 group.
On top of this notable members of CPG can be found here, my favorites are Jack Butcher, Bobby Hundreds, and Cozomo de' Medici.
After POP mints CPG plans to immediately enact their prior mentioned utility and begin their consultancy + scholarship programs. To read more about these programs go here.
POP plans to mint 2777 pieces with a price of 3eth each netting the team 8,331e or $23,422,226 USD. This price is subject to change as partners and CPG holders get special benefits. Partners and Genesis holders get decreased mint price. Genesis holders also get 1 free mint as well.
After the mint, it is safe to assume the GPG team will then use the funds to further enact their prior stated utility.
In closing, I like this project overall the vision, the team, and the community all seem like a hit. I am however wary of the high cost of the mint (3e or $8.5kUSD).
However, with a high amount raised, I’m confident that this team will be able to build and fund amazing Web3 Ideas and projects.
So, Is It Cool?…… YES!
