Step1. Choose a cell you want to culture

Step2. Find out the medium it needs and what kind of culture environment it like

Step3. Buy the specific culture container and medium for the target cell

Step4. Unfreeze and seed cells from tube with proper cell concentration

Step5. Change medium every 48 hours after seeding

Step6. Subculture the cell when cells is full of its environment
