Circle Back is a membership collective of 559 brilliant minds made up of VCs, founders, and big tech.

We (Katy, Mikey and Ramzy) have some beliefs that we want to share, and some concerns that we are trying to fix.

1. People want to help each other - they just don’t always know how who or where to help. We’re building a network that will allow you to find people looking for help, guidance and advice from people who need it and will take it, and giving you the chance to share your domain expertise and help others and businesses progress.

2. One killer intro - one conversation at the right time, and one chance to pitch in front of the person, can change a company instantly. We aim to increase your chances of this happening by bringing the right people to one place. One network, multiple voices.

3. If we bring smart, ambitious people together - good things will happen, monumental change will occur and great companies will be built.

4. There is an unusual disconnect between Startup & VC land and Big Tech - they don’t really talk, which seems weird. At Circle Back, we are creating a thread between the businesses who have ‘made it’ and the businesses trying to “make it”.

5. Web3 is important. It’s a revolution. It’s a new way of thinking. We want to bring people together who have done amazing things in building Web2 to make sure Web3 is built with the same integrity, innovation and spirit of exploration. Web3 is about giving access to everyone, not just a chosen few. The only way to really see change is the create a new wave of communities.

We are a collection of enterprises, groups and organisations that can do more together, all in the name of the building, growing and keeping more businesses within the European web3 ecosystem. An independent, but interconnected, group with one common thread that you always Circle Back to each other.

Web3 is Europe’s chance to lead once more with startup innovation and change.

Within this universe we want to be able to help startups, from ideation to conception - learn from the best, get the best investors, hire the best people, and get the best customers. Essentially, we want them to win. Because if they win, everyone wins.
