Put 2fa on all exchanges and mail and in general on everything. And get a separate phone on which all your Google authenticator will stand.
Don't keep all the money in one place. Personally, I use mobile wallets + metamask wallet + cold wallets, for example “Ladger”
Watch everything you download and install. Stop downloading pirates of games, programs, films/TV series/anime and install random browser extensions. Of the latest examples, this extension was activated only on exchanges and replaced the address of the wallet to which you transfer money. A lot of people lost money on this. If it is not possible to use the original software/content - download only from trusted sources with a large number of positive reviews.
Don't tell anyone what you do or how much you earn. I think many have heard stories about people who stole their bitcoins threatening them in real life, I extremely doubt that they were calculated on purpose, most likely they just talked a lot.
If you are actively engaged in something in the crypto, a lot of scam coins will be sent to your wallets, some of which will even have a high price. Never go to the sites of these tokens and never confirm anything there.
