Good evening everyone.

It is with a heavy heart that we must share some difficult news. Due to a series of unfortunate events, combined with waning interest and insufficient funding, we will be indefinitely sunsetting Cluster as we embark on a full-scale restructuring and strategic pivot.

Cluster was first envisioned in March 2024, and from the very beginning, it has been an incredibly challenging journey. We faced numerous unexpected hurdles, from external security breaches including infiltration attempts linked to DPRK actors, to internal setbacks such as key developers going rogue or significantly underdelivering.

Despite our best efforts to navigate and mitigate these issues, the cumulative impact severely hampered our ability to execute. This led to mounting delays, missed milestones, and substantial financial losses. In the end, these challenges made it difficult to attract and maintain investor confidence, and we have now reached a point where continuing operations in the current form is no longer viable.

However, this is not the end of our journey. We will be returning to building in stealth mode, with a renewed focus on the EVM ecosystem. Our passion for this space remains as strong as ever, and we are more committed than ever to bringing something valuable to this space.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to every single one of you who supported us through this journey. To our early investors and believers, we sincerely apologize for this difficult outcome. We know how much trust you placed in us, and we do not take that lightly.

This is not goodbye. It is simply a pause, a moment to regroup and refocus. We will be back, and we look forward to building and sharing with all of you again very soon.
