The right Zapper mini-apps may encourage repeated usage of Collab.land vs one-and-done interaction with members. Leveraging Zapper to increase access to more expansive TGRs.
Members will need to connect to Collab.land to participate in the educational DAO initiative. We will leverage composable roles to grant access in order to prioritize fairness and sybil protection.
What is the benefit of this distribution?
To Collab.Land
With Zapper's API, Collab.land will have in-depth access to blockchain data for assets in smart contracts such as DeFi positions and staked assets. Collab.land's community would also grow from Zapper's community building that leverage the mini-app.
Educational initiatives on DAOs within the Zapper community that will drive awareness to the Collab.land DAO. Our community will participate in Collab.land governance, and practice internally by leveraging our NFTs and composable roles. By distributing COLLAB tokens we will be introducing our most engaged users from Zapper's community to the Collab.land DAO, in a positive and educational tone.
To Zapper
Our community will benefit from having greater access to Zapper's data within the platforms we are already using. Having access to Zapper API powered mini-apps within Collab.land will allow our community, and many others, to get more creative in the way we leverage TGRs and other fun ideas we can create.
Our community will have incentives to learn about how DAOs operate. They will learn about the processes and tools used within the DAO ecosystem by practicing within the Zapper community. This is a good stepping stone for pushing an educational environment within our community, which is something we strive to do and encourages people to explore further which is our mission.
Will your project provide any co-incentives?
Matching with funds from Zapper's community treasury as well as support for builders and supplying API credits for Collab.land mini-app related uses.

Multisig - controlled by Zapper Core ↓ streamed as needed Multisig - controlled by Zapper's Community (Myrmidons & Hoplites).

Incentivizing the creation of Collab.land mini-apps powered by Zapper's API, with the remaining supply sustainably streamed to the community who will use it to learn about DAOs.
What is the breakdown of distribution between mini-app rewards and the DAO educational initiative?
It's unknown what projected costs will be for developing these features and for that reason it becomes difficult to make estimates around distribution ratios. The primary goal of the funds will be to respectfully reward mini-app creation. As we learn more about mini-app creation we can get a better projection on estimated breakdown between mini-app and community treasury. We will be transparent with the community on these processes and include them whenever possible.
What do you mean by >15K community members?
Roughly 19k accounts have connected to Collab.land through Zapper. All these users have taken steps to make themselves eligible to participate in the DAO educational initiative.
Can people who have not already connected to Collab.land participate?
Yes. 1. The Builder bounties are open to all 2. The DAO educational initiative is open to all NFT Holders, both past and present, but access will be granted using composable roles they will need to earn.
How will contributors be rewarded? What types of participation will earn tokens?
Thats mostly up to the community to vote on and decide.
Some examples: • Moderation & Community Building • Translations • Events • Content Creation • Participation in DAO educational initiative
What are the details with your co-incentives?
• Zapper has long had multisigs related to a community fund. These funds were used for rewarding contributors and participants. These funds would be combined with the COLLAB tokens to increase the treasury.
• Zapper has also received a retroactive grant of OP that will be in part matched. • Zapper will supply an equal match in value with API credits to allow builders to build freely.
What is the address of the community multisig?
The first exercise of their educational DAO initiative will be to vote on who will act as signers on the multisig and create a safe. For this reason the address is not created yet.
Wen airdrop? Will their be a retroactive claim for people who connected early?
Part of 2. is that the community will be able to put forward proposals and vote on how to use their treasury. It's within the community's rights to put forward a proposal and vote on doing a retroactive airdrop. As a group, members would discuss the best way to handle this, and once at an understanding, vote on their course of action. Important to acknowledge: We respect your privacy so we don't have lists of people who are connected to Collab.land or a way to get that information.
