We announced the first show in our upcoming Tokyo event series on April 10th with.. you guessed it... Mr. Daniel Allan!
This marks his second time playing in Japan, and the first in our new event series showcasing the best and brightest talent on our roster in one of the hottest markets in the world.
We partnered with ITM Studio for ticketing, meaning every person who buys a ticket to one of our shows automatically has a wallet created for them under the hood. On top of that - we're planning to build out an active phone number base to market future shows, offering discounts and free tickets to fans who come back to multiple events.
Pair that with 100k streams on "Falling" in the first week of its release and Coop Recs label is cooking on multiple fronts. We've been experimenting with a new MVP that rewards fans for making videos of songs signed to the label - expanding beyond our "show clips" model on clip.energy to more directly focus on UGC around songs we own on the label.
Speaking of which - we just penciled our second artist on Coop Recs, a fresh new act breaking the internet with the unique combo of rap and electronic music thats quickly striking a chord on Tiktok with each new release.
We'll be dropping the song early next week - so be on the lookout for who it is in our next newsletter!
Last but not least - we're supporting Strawbry on her EP release party in LA on Thursday night. If you're in the area and want to swing by - shoot me or Michael a DM for the details!
