3 Days of Complete Degradation
On Friday at 7 PM, I finished work and went home, and then began a three-day spiral of degradation. The entire Friday evening and weekend, I only did two things: played Dota and ate. For three days, I didn’t shower, didn’t go outside, and completely neglected cleanliness. It seems I haven’t cleaned my room for the last month, and there’s already a centimeter of dust on the floor.
Isn’t this burnout? Burnout from the market. I need to take a break, at least a couple of weeks, and do nothing in crypto except for claiming rewards. I need to rethink and create a new strategy — a strategy that doesn’t depend on price fluctuations.
I’ve surrounded myself with toxic people, and I’m afraid to share my emotions with them. Everyone told me not to get involved in cryptocurrencies, but to invest in real estate, a car, or a business. And that they would only criticize me more and prove they were right. But sometimes, I just want to hear one phrase: “Don’t give up.” I’m grateful for the support from the crypto community. But support from nicknames and avatars pales in comparison to the criticism from people around me.
Today is Monday. I deleted Dota, finally took a shower, and went to work. I hope the period of degradation is over.
A couple of weeks of rest, then only hard work. You need to work when no one else wants to work. At this time, when people in the crypto community start to give up, you need to work even harder. In good times, they will return, and you will be one step ahead of them. But sometimes, resting is more effective.
Don’t give up!
