Twitter and Discord being the hub of Web3 communities, are not made and meant for Job recruiters and seekers. Hiring in Web3 is hard but searching for a job in Web3 is even hard. A Web3 native talent platform is the need of the hour and tr3butor is making this possible!

A fully Web3 native contributor management platform with on-chain identity, reputation, matching engine, and payment tools for DAOs co-owned and governed by talent!

Tr3butor curates the best job opportunities, grants and bounties available in the industry and sources it on their platform. Their first product, the Quest board is live and contributors can apply for grants, jobs and bounties!

There being two types of referrals on Tr3butor(currently in Beta):

• Share and earn: by sharing your referral link on twitter, you earn some crypto every time a user applies for the role through your link

• Refer and earn: know a candidate perfect for the role? you can fill in a form and add their contact details, CV and your wallet address( make sure your referral knows about this).

The Quest board is an interface where projects can list their DAOs and bounties. People looking for bounties specific for their skillset can use the filter option in the top left corner to find jobs and bounties in their interests.

Beside the ‘quests’ tab is the ‘events’ tab where all the upcoming hackathons/ Web3 meetups will be displayed.

While this is the first product, the team also has plans to help users create an on-chain CV on the platform and display the users’ past contributions which will allow users to prove their abilities to projects beforehand.
