For example, it is convenient to contact the support team for any problems, and there is also a function to complain about scams, which gives a better interaction with users. I also had contact with support; it was a pretty good report, and everything was quick and easy. In the Trust wallet, this is a little more difficult, but you can also contact support, but not as you would like, and there are some difficulties.
