ZetaChain is a decentralized, open-source blockchain platform designed for enterprise-level applications and high-throughput use cases. It uses a hybrid consensus mechanism combining proof-of-stake (PoS) and practical Byzantine fault tolerance (pBFT) to achieve fast, secure, and scalable transactions.

The platform includes a number of built-in smart contracts and tools to help developers easily build and deploy decentralized applications (DApps). It also has a modular architecture that allows for custom DApp development and a cross-chain asset transfer protocol for moving assets between different blockchain networks.
In addition to the mainnet, ZetaChain also has a testnet for developers to experiment with and test their DApps before deploying them on the main network. There are also a number of current activities and events, such as hackathons and community meetups, that developers can participate in.
For more information on the ZetaChain protocol and its features, check out the official documentation at docs.zetachain.org. You can also stay up-to-date on current events and activities by following the ZetaChain Twitter account or joining the community forums.
