Since I think I’m not going to enjoy my time on Threads, let me explain how Mirror works.
Mirror.xyz is a blogging site, but you have to be intentional about who you follow, meaning, there’s no endless scrolling. You have to come to my page to ‘hear’ me.
Find my site through my links to it, and hit Subscribe.
You will need to have a browser wallet available to even do this, because it’s putting your requests onto your account/wallet address on the blockchain.
You will need to be able to switch networks in your browser wallet, click the network button for more information on this.
Mirror will switch it for you, if you follow the prompts closely, but it’s up to you, I like knowing how to do this myself, for other purposes.
Once you’re subscribed, any post I make that notifies Subscribers, will notify you via email. Crazy-talk, I know.
Subscribing is also one of the ways to mint those cool NFTs I’ve been pushing. If you want to support me and the crypto fairness movement, mint those NFTs and send them out for support. I’d do it, but I’m shadowbanned all over town.
Get Optimism Eth through Across.to. I like their bridging service a lot.
That’s it, install a wallet, configure, press subscribe, switch to Optimism, complete, and wait for the emails to come in. I post… a lot more than you’d think, and I’d like. /shrug
