A few days ago I told you I bought a seed allocation in Agent Max.
Now comes the part most people skip.
The follow-up.
Most crypto content stops at the buy. The screenshot. The "I'm in." Then silence until the next narrative.
I don't do that.
If I'm going to put real money into an experiment, I'm going to log it. Wins and losses. Out loud.
So here's where things actually stand.

For anyone just joining, the short version.
Agent Max is an AI agent built around a real economic engine — not a chatbot with a token bolted on. It generates DeFi yield, uses a portion of that yield to buy AGENTMAX on the open market, and burns it. Yield → buy → burn → repeat.
I bought the seed allocation because the foundation already exists. MaxFi and Snuggle are live. The dashboard was already showing real positions, real fees, real burns before I ever sent a dollar.
The full breakdown is here: Why I Bought a Seed Allocation in Agent Max.
That was the thesis.
This is the check-in.
Let me be clear about something.
This is an early check-in, not a verdict.
The seed capital is still being deployed into the portfolio. You don't judge a buyback-and-burn flywheel by a few days of price action. You judge it by whether the engine keeps producing yield over months.
So I'm not going to wave a green candle at you and call it a win.
What I can show you is the engine.

Here's the thing about Agent Max that nobody talks about.
It runs on the same Snuggle no-swap rebalancing tech I've been farming with personally.
So while I can't open Agent Max's wallet for you, I can open mine. Same engine. Same Base. Real positions I'm managing right now.
Here's my live MaxFi book as of this week:
🔹 Total deployed: ~$507 🔹 Active positions: 5 (3 in range, 2 out of range) 🔹 Fees earned so far: ~$6.60, with ~$2.41 still uncollected 🔹 Net run rate: ~$2.32/day 🔹 Rebalances handled automatically: 13
Broken into two buckets:
Core (lower risk)
USDC/cbBTC
WETH/cbBTC (correlated pair)
Degen (higher risk, newest)
WETH/VIRTUAL
WETH/VVV
WETH/RSC
The cbBTC pairs are the boring, sleep-at-night part of the book. The degen sleeve is where I'm testing how the no-swap rebalancer holds up on volatile pairs.
Already deployed. Already farming. Already rebalancing itself while I sleep.
That's the part that matters. The engine Agent Max is built on isn't theoretical to me. I'm running it.
The wins:
Rebalancing is genuinely hands-off. 13 rebalances and I touched none of them.
Fees are real and they show up on-chain, not in a marketing screenshot.
The correlated cbBTC pair has been the steady earner.
The losses — or at least the open questions:
Two of my five positions are sitting out of range right now. Out of range means not earning. That's the cost of wide volatility on the degen sleeve.
A few dollars in fees over a small book is not a victory lap. This is a process test, not a payday.
Agent Max itself is still early. Seed capital deploying. The flywheel needs time and volume to mean anything.
No hype. Just what the dashboard says.
Process over prediction. Here's my actual framework on this one.
I'd consider adding if:
The Agent Max portfolio keeps generating realized yield as the seed capital deploys
The buyback-and-burn shows up consistently on-chain
The presale round arrives with the portfolio already producing
I'd consider trimming or exiting if:
Yield dries up and the burns stall
The degen LP sleeve bleeds more to impermanent loss than it earns in fees
The thesis breaks — meaning the "real economic engine" stops being real
That's it. No emotion. The numbers tell me when to move.
Agent Max is still one of the more interesting experiments I'm watching on Base.
The seed allocation is a bet on the engine, not on a candle. And the engine — the part I can verify with my own positions — is doing exactly what it's supposed to do.
I'll keep logging it. Wins and losses. Out loud.
Survive first. Compound second. And the best part? You will be able to copy her ($AgentMax yield farms with a click of a button and she know how to farm).
