🔥Getting Started on DerpDEX’s Testnet
DerpDEX is built on the zkSync ERA chain, which is Ethereum-compatible, and you can use any EVM-compatible wallet to interact with DerpDEX.
Make sure you have enough Testnet ETH for gas! You can claim some from the zkSync Era Official Faucet.
We have created a custom faucet by which a user can request test tokens from the faucet for testing. Currently, we are providing USDC, WBTC, USDT, DAI, zkUsd and zkPepe on the zkSync ERA chain. DerpDEX is built on the zkSync ERA chain which is Ethereum compatible and you can use any EVM-compatible wallet to interact with DerpDEX.
Adding Liquidity to the pool allows Liquidity Providers to earn interest on their assets. Anyone can provide liquidity to DerpDEX for any supported token pool.
Withdrawing liquidity from the pool returns back the token provided by the User and the fee collected by the pool.
🔥Swap
In DerpDEX, a swap refers to the process of exchanging one ERC20 token for another ERC20 token. The tokens are swapped based on the current liquidity (the value of tokens) in a specific token pool. If the token pool is present in the DEX, the tokens will be swapped directly from the pool.
REMINDER! Please only use a small amount (less than 200 usd worth), to avoid causing problems, because our current liquidity pools are limited also. The one you got from our faucet will do!

Galaxy OAT (On-chain Achievement Token) is a digital badge standard to record your on-chain and off-chain life experiences.
The DerpDEX Testnet badge is considered a record for early participants and supporters of DerpDEX, and we are planning to give more benefits to holders in the future.
What is the duration of the campaign? Can I claim it after the campaign ends?
The first phase of the DerpDEX’s Testnet will be for two weeks ONLY. You will not be able to claim anymore after the end date. So claim while it lasts!
Why can’t I get the Derp Warrior Tester role?
You can get the Derp Warrior Tester role after claiming your OAT and verifying here.
Note that the bot may have delays, usually in a few hours.
I can’t claim from the faucet.
The faucet at the zkSync portal is run by the zkSync official, you can use the alternative ETH faucets for the Goerli Testnet if it does not work.
