Traditionally, Web3.0 is a new stage in the development of the Internet.  It's based on the Current Internet (or Web 2.0 if you want to call it), and the changes brought about by Web3.0 have taken the Internet to a whole new level of development.  Computer scientists and Internet experts believe these changes will make the Internet smarter and our lives easier.  Those in the cryptocurrency industry have raised their expectations for Web 3.0, and are now looking to break the monopoly of the traditional Internet giants and create a new free world.  The Web 3 Summit, which kicks off August 19 in Berlin, Germany, will also be full of Web 3 topics, and perhaps we can learn more about Web 3 at this event.  So, to better understand these paradigm-shifting shifts, let's first look at the evolution of the Internet.
