Immortal

I’m going to attempt to convince the reader why I think we are all immortal. I ask that you keep an open mind as you read this, and strive to look at my writing with a logical and rational mind if possible.

Only by contrast do we know the difference. What does that mean you may ask, only by knowing the difference of a thing do we know the thing. Low is low only because we know high. Sad is sad only because we know happiness. Alive is alive only because we know death (or think we know death).

But I stand to reason there is no death, I think there’s only life. The following below is my attempt to convince you, the reader, of the same.

What on your body can be considered the thing that binds you together? The answer is the spinal cord, the spinal cord is the pathway for messages sent by the brain to the body, and from the body to the brain. The brain sends messages to the spinal cord, and the spinal cord then sends the signals to the designated part of the body to do the action the brain ordered, and at the very same time, the spinal cord sends the data right back to the brain. I’m talking at the speed of light here, perfect sync.

The moment you run your hand over water, you’re able to feel the sensations of the water because your brain is in real time relaying data back to you. There’s nothing more that’s happening, it’s all electrical impulses. You don’t ever touch or feel anything, it “feels” like you do, but in reality it’s all just electrical impulses being relayed back to you so you’re able to make sense of your environment. This process of receiving data is what makes us alive, if something or someone doesn’t have any reception whatsoever, as far as life is concerned, that person would be considered dead, or non-receptive. Dead simply means no longer receptive, no longer able to receive or give thought or commands.

We don’t conjure our thoughts, they appear as if they’re from us, but nothing comes from us, everything comes through us. And by that process we receive data and exert the data, nothing more. We are the most advanced programs in all of creation. We are all simply acting out the infinite possibilities within our code, each generation evolving from the previous, on and on forever.

You see, right now you’re alive, and Dear Reader that's all you’ll ever be. For it is impossible to be conscious in a state of Death. Death has no consciousness, Death cannot perceive its condition.

Death simply waits for the only state that ever is and ever will be, and that’s alive. Death doesn’t know or perceive time, time doesn’t exist for Death. Death comes and goes at random. Death has no concept of anything, 9 years for death is the same as 27, or 81 years. People die of all ages at all different points of time, Death essentially is a code that isn’t aware of its own functions. Death takes lives and spawns them in a future state, what other reason would Death have to be if not that? To take people and bring them back again in a future state, a better state, a more evolved state. Death is also merciful, in Death’s code it injects all that it touches with that same code; and in that moment peace is achieved, if even for a brief second. A second is even too long, because remember, Death cannot perceive time. When we next wake up, 1000 years could’ve gone by, and we didn’t even feel a moment of it. And by this unique function of Death alone, We are Immortal, and this awareness you’re currently experiencing is all there is. So don’t seek out death, he’ll come when he comes, but just as the spinal cord transmits signals at the speed of light back to the brain, you’ll awaken from a state of death at the same speed.

Godspeed, Godspeed.
