Snowflakes are crystal structures formed around substances such as dust and pollen in the air. That is, it does not form on its own in the air. Also, what we call slush is the formation of snowflakes around frozen water droplets. Therefore it is completely different from hail.

Sometimes snowflakes can appear in different color powders. Dust, pollution or freshwater algae can add rank black, black, orange, blue.
What determines the shape of a snowflake is the ambient temperature surrounding it. Pointed and elongated ice crystals form at -2 degrees Celsius, while a temperature drop to -5 results in flat, plate-shaped crystals. When the snowflake is exposed to different temperatures as it falls, the six arms of the snow crystals take on different shapes.
Since the newly fallen snow absorbs the sound waves, everywhere in the snowy environment is quieter. But when snow starts to melt and then freezes to ice, it reflects sound waves and allows sound to reach farther and more clearly.

Not every type of blizzard is. To call any blizzard a type, visibility must fall below 200 meters and winds must reach 48 km/h.
In NASA simulations, sudden and severe snowstorms are seen in the north of Mars in summer. It is known that there are clouds and underground ice on Mars. Therefore, the possibility of snow is plausible. Scientists have also detected snow clouds made of carbon dioxide at the planet's south pole.
