There are many more options for tokens and chains to bridge between on stargate but this is a good baseline
Harmony bridge (15+ contract) - very cheap to use but very slow and clunky/pain to use, imo worth avoid given the other options available
This is over 130 contracts, there are many more options and interactions but this is a good baseline
Generally using refuel options and tools (but not exclusively) is a good easy way to build out you unique source and destination chains and L0 total transaction count
