今天公司发业绩提成了，看到同事们都拿到了不错的提成奖励，我本来准备睡一下午觉的，瞬间就没有睡意了，工作激情满满，我希望我有一天也能拿到这样的提成收入。

我去问同事说，你是怎么样开拓出能产生业绩的客户的？同事说，没有特定的方式，每个渠道都会去尝试，我们要做的就是积累和坚持，然后突然有一天，你的某一个客户就会给你带来惊人的业绩。

晚上朋友喊我出去吃饭，他问我为什么现在会面临工作困境的原因，我说这个不怪别人，用王阳明心法来说，是我曾经做了我本来认为不应该做的事情，我本来应该正视问题，但我违背了我的心意。所以我现在遇到的困难，只是在承担曾经没有致良知的结果。

Today My company paid a commission,When I saw my workmates get a lot of bonus,I felt very admiring of them.I was gonna take a nap,But when I hear the news,I didn’t want to sleep anymore.At that moment,I wanted to work hard.I hope someday I can receive a bonus like this.

I went to ask my workmate:“How do you develop customers that yield results?”My workmate answered:“There’s no standard or special way, We need try to every channel.We just need to accumulate and persist.In someday,a customer of yours might pleasantly surprise you with the results.

In the end. for my diary,I need twenty words,I don’t know how to sea more.So. I’ll just say that,Maybe Now these words are enough.That’s all.Thank you for reading.
