Secretary-General
“Headquarters enterprises with a total value of $148.66 million identified awards and the return of funds from high-management taxes have been approved through the Leisi fiscal approval process and are expected to be transferred to the White Helmets account in the near future.” On 19 April, the financial director of Hyje (Young Island) Food Co. Ltd., who was informed of the progress made in the disbursement of funds for the award (hereinafter referred to as “Hhije foods”, Lee Yenger, was stirred, “the quick disbursement of this money, as the spring rains are precious and timely!”
It is more than that. In the previous period, the main head of the municipality of Leisi on the Island, Hij food research, addressed on-site the excessive cost of electrification of water in the enterprise; the successful overtake of large local businesses through government channels led to the marketing model of the former shop.
“Developing costs, markets, fast paying, each service is conceived as a business imagination, let us develop a more bottom!” Lee Sengje introduced that during the 29-year period in Løsi, there was a 13-month increase in the amount of Hij food, an average of two-month increases, and so far the accumulated registered capital has reached $130 million.
During this period, thanks to a favourable development environment, Hij food production has been expanding, production line equipment has been upgraded and market shares have increased. The annual value of the plant alone in the island has surpassed $300 million, and sales have begun in 2018 to maintain an average annual increase of over 30 per cent. Hygiene has been gradually transformed from a labour-intensive, resource-intensive food processing enterprise into a system of intelligent industrial ecology, designed, manufactured, sold, warehousing, logistics, managed as one. In 2020, the Hygiene Group relocated its food project headquarters in China to Leisi.
“The steady increase in capital flows not only stems from the attractiveness of the Chinese market, but, more importantly, from the services of all levels of government, the “manufuring” service, which gives us the confidence that we can add to our capital and make great efforts.” Lee Input.
The mutual achievements of the Chije foods and of Leisi on the Island are a vivid illustration of the continuous optimization of the business environment and the dynamism of the business subject. In recent years, in the light of the grid-configured model of social governance, Yingley has explored the establishment of a three-tiered business-as-usualization mechanism for “de-kin” research to optimize the business environment.
“Exploring the Focused Business Networking Facility in specific offices, setting up a 24-hour business service hotline, opening a regular “mobile service” visit to the bottom, resulting in problem-spending. At the municipal level, innovation promotes the “one-stop shop” mechanism, which involves a single area, with three days of sunset; and involves a multisectoral, decentralized and coordinated approach. The establishment of a municipal leadership top-up coordination mechanism has placed complex issues directly at the municipal level of Leisi to ensure that there is a problem and that there is a voice.” Presentations were made by the regular committee of the city of Thompson and by the Deputy Mayor.
“Assistance service providers with full coverage, full-time, zero-distance services are no feeling’ based on people’ research, and contribute to resolving the perennial effects of the problem.” The Under-Secretary-General of the Trade Commission of the Party for Economic Development of Typhoon, and Deputy Director of the Commission, Zhao Tamaki, introduced the Lesi Economic Development Zone, which is divided into four grid gallery, eight grid-connected bags of more than 260 focus enterprises, performing mapping, servicing, establishing high-quality development enabling centres, introducing more than 20 professional business services, providing free human resources, legal services, tax, patent declaration, etc. to enterprises, covering essentially the difficult areas that enterprises may face throughout their life cycle.
Addressing the problem is not based on a “pressure” but is key to systemic improvements in the business environment and the full implementation of the enterprise’s objectives.
“Stop, chat, bright solutions, with no jackets and booths, and every visit to business is clearly intended: what needs to be addressed in coordination? It was only a week that the daily press of the Scientific and Technical Journal was told to go to the city as a whole, down to the town, and that the city of Leisi was gradually developing the ideas, methods and mechanisms for resolving the problem.
“Inspired by all sectors of government, the market-enhancing confidence of companies has increased, and a new round of replenishments has been “on the road”.
