Pecking Order

I see you, now, through different lenses All mingling together; scared, afraid One picks another as the Alpha
And the Game begins!

Ergi. Ragr. Never did I think I’d see it played out so clearly: Who is the pitcher, and who, catcher? The endless game of Patriarchy.

The Arc of Patriarchy trends Forever toward Misogyny. How else can the Pecking Order be Verified? How else can we categorize Human from ONE To SELF To OTHER To THEM To INFERIOR!

How else can we make sure we are all Safe, while afraid? Establish ORDER: The order of perceived strength Is merely a mask for your fear.

Scared little boy… Did someone hurt you when you were small? Did they share my face,
My gender, My Sex?

Did they make you feel small then,
So you try to make Others Feel Small Now?

Scared little boy… What would have happened if I had called you out? And dropped the bomb: Dear One, you have lessened yourself in my eyes! Have you forgotten that we all began female, And you had to loose something to become male?

What did you lose? Compassion? Empathy? Are those weak to you? Oh, sweet little boy, if only someone had shown you compassion then, In the long-long ago, when hurt and grief destroyed your heart,

You would be Stronger now.
