Question:

Let's start with an introduction of yourself and the team behind it.

Answer: 

I'm from the US and joined ChapterX about 4-5 months ago. Both of our co-founders are from Hong Kong. ChapterX was originally known as moonbirds. ChapterX was primarily designed to solve this pain point of linking people to people. We created an NFC card solution. The NFC card integrates all the information of the user and facilitates the linking and communication between people. More than 2000 people have already created their own NFC cards.

Question:

The NFC card sounds like a new kind of business card.

Answer:

NFC cards are completely personal and customizable. You can design the card to your liking. The NFC card has a built-in card reader. We also have our own meta-universe where you can set the collection of NFT as your avatar.

Question:

What makes a great metamers experience? And how should the metaverse be?

Answer:

I think the metaverse games are currently undervalued. The best metaverse projects are not even inside web3. I believe we all know something about VRChat. This  project has been around for a few years. Once what VRChat does can be implemented into web3, it will make web3 have integrity. We are doing the same thing. For example, cross-chain, we currently support Aptos, Salona, Polygon and Ethereum chains. So no matter which chain you're on, we can bring users together in the same metaverse. I think that's a huge advantage. Of course there are other projects that are doing very well. Decentraland, for example, even though it's not as popular anymore, once the market conditions become better, more people will participate in it. The thing that makes web3 really great is when one person creates something and then everyone can keep building on it until they make that product good.

Question:

Besides our cell phones and desktop, do you think we need another device to access the metaverse?

Answer:

I don't think expensive VR equipment is a necessity at the moment. The metaverse should be accessible through current phones, browsers, computers, etc. Of course VR devices will give users a better experience. For example, the first time I played VRchat was on PC, but when I had Oculus, the game experience became better. I think it's the same for metaverse and web3.

Question:

ChapterX focuses on real life, and human connection. How did you guys come up with this idea? And what will these contribute to the metaverse?

Answer:

We identified the problem of human connection and tried to create a solution to solve it. chapterX will make the solution to this problem easy. By clicking on the links, you can follow tweets and telegrams. You can add notes on where to meet. So it's just a really good way to lock in those connections and drop your calendar link. And then as far as connecting them to the metaverse, it would basically just be your ChapterX program profile. We haven't fully integrated it into it, but we're still working on ways that we can.

Question:

In the metaverse, we need to keep hosting events to let people join. How does ChapterX tackle this problem? What do you guys have been thinking about curating this, like a co-building experience to invite more artists or other developers to join.

Answer:

Our metaverse is a place where users can hang out and chat, and where they can hold a series of events such as AMAs. It's also a place where partners can join our metaverse and build what they want. We have a full team to help partners do this. If they have any devs on their side that can generate models or help with it. We'll allow them to come in and send us what they have, and then we'll make sure to format it correctly into our metaverse.

Question:

What is the current stage of ChapterX?

Answer:

Right now our main objective is to really just focus on helping out with creating a really good experience for web3 events. We really want to get our NFC cards into the hands, with as many users as on board them and allow them to basically give us inputs.That way we can build this network and just create an amazing experience for in the real world as well in the metaverse to connect everybody.So main focus right now definitely is getting into the real world and giving the experience to connecting.

Question:

Last question,  If you give the chance to make a bold prediction of 2023, what do you foresee going to happen next year? You can talk about the metaverse, talk about ChapterX or anything, positive or negative, whatever you want.

Answer:

First, about the metaverse, I think it's only going to grow and get bigger. The more people onboard into the space and its entirety. They're going to find their way into the metaverse one way or another.So I think 2023, we could start to see a lot of these projects actually start to blossom out.

Second, I think the ChapterX future for 2023 that  it's going to be a slow grind. And I think it will eventually catch on. Everybody will appreciate what projects are doing inside the metaverse. In addition, we're doing our best to make sure that we can include all the chains and really be a lead in the space for the metaverse.

Last, as far as 2023, I don't know how the market is going to be.Bitcoin prices have dropped below 20k this year. Many people lost money. But I think the market will definitely recover. Eventually we will see an even stronger bull market than last year.
