Costs

1. Flashloan fees(0.05% of the borrowed amount) charged by AAVE V3.(If deposit amount ≤ 1000).

2. Swap fees and slippage on Platypus when withdrawing. It is highly related to the market situation.

3. The sAVAX/AVAX price volatility on Platypus. The price volatility may cause users to generate profit or loss. All the profit or loss is leveraged.

4. Borrowing interest rate. When executing, CIAN will borrow AVAX from BENQI.

5. CIAN does not charge any fees now.

6. Gas Fees.

How does it work?

When executing:

Deposit amount ≥ 1000

1. Stake AVAX for sAVAX on BLS or swap AVAX for sAVAX on Platypus. (According to the best AVAX/sAVAX rate).

2. Deposit sAVAX on BENQI and borrow AVAX.

3. Repeat step 1-2 until the leverage reaches 2.82 X.

Deposit amount < 1000

1. Flashloan AVAX (about 1.82 times the principal) from AAVE V3.

2. Stake AVAX for sAVAX on BLS or swap AVAX for sAVAX on Platypus.(According to the best AVAX/sAVAX rate).

3. Deposit sAVAX on BENQI and borrow AVAX to repay the flashloan.

When withdrawing:

Withdraw amount ≥ 1000

1. Withdraw some sAVAX from BENQI.

2. Swap sAVAX for AVAX on Platypus and repay part of the debt on BENQI.

3. Repeat step 1-2 until there is no debt left.

4. Withdraw all sAVAX remaining from BENQI.

Withdraw amount < 1000

1. Flashloan the AVAX debt amount(About 1.82 times the principal) from AAVE V3

2. Repay the debt on BENQI and withdraw all sAVAX.

3. Swap a part of sAVAX for AVAX on Platypus to repay the flashloan.
