Joined with Microsoft ZEGNA X

ZEGNA X, an entirely new digitized and customized ecosystem, launched in March, was officially displayed in Jenia, which integrated the Microsoft Smart cloud platform Azure service. Based on back-end data and tools, Microsoft is equipped with handicrafts (AI) to develop technology that will bring about a more real experience of 3D dressing.

Microsoft has been working with Djina to provide a range of solutions derived from its Microsoft cloud technology to implement priority services and development-related support for Jénia. Microsoft, a cloud-based office programme, which provides office-based packages, includes an intelligent team-sharing tool, Microsoft Teams, which increases overall productivity by 5 per cent. In addition, Dynamics 365 have been used as a customer relationship management solution to better manage customer relations and use the Azure Data Lake system for customer breakdown and positioning, more conducive to building individualized shopping processes and upgrading customer experience.

In addition, it has adapted the Azure cloud platform service as its main data centre platform to deploy and manage new software, which will further increase efficiency by 25 per cent, and reduces the company’s carbon footprint, which, according to official terms, will be fully renewable energy sources by 2025.

ZEGNA X contributed 45 per cent of the sales to refineries in areas where normal travel has occurred after the outbreak. At present, ZEGNA X has been tested and is being systematically integrated. The Jenia-formul may use the system to send to customers, through short messages, e-mail, social media, WhatsApp and micromails, pictures of the products of Jenia and provide an exclusive service.

Jenia announced that the full experience of ZEGNA X will be officially opened on 18 April 2023 in the exclusive space of the Napoleonic Lobby, Milan. In the coming months, ZEGNA X will need to experience early contracting. Jenia will carry out a unique home-going exercise and deploy the ZEGNA X 3D dressing system in some of the world’s refineries.
