Like many young people interested in technology I have dabbled with the crypto ecosystem. I started buying and trading Bitcoin and Ethereum in 2017 at university before cashing out to buy a new mobile phone because the one I was using had suddenly stopped charging. Fast-forward a few years later, in 2019/20 just as the crypto-currencies took off, I bought and held some BTC, ETH, link and a few other smaller-cap coins. I even bought and traded a few NFTs during the NFT craze of 2020/21. But ultimately I never really delved into the world of Web3 and explored the possibilities of building smart contracts or DAOs myself. I want to start now and I will try to share the journey #buildinpublic
