Directly related income such as, paid promotions, platform advertisements, paid subscriptions, promoted affiliations or products sold with help off the creator’s social accounts. From the day of purchase, you own the property rights to that Creator Piece. You do not own any account rights other than the right to receive the agreed percentage of income generated by the accounts. Rights not owned by you are intellectual property rights of the content and the accounts. More detailed information is described in each purchase agreement.
The creator is obliged to deliver a summary to Endorse on a yearly basis, stating what income they have had related to their social accounts. The summary will be attached to your receipt when receiving your payout.
A Piece is a unique digital asset, in the form of an non-fungible token (NFT) which is connected to the blockchain. The piece represents the right to receive a portion of the content creator's annual revenue based on the percentage of ownership represented by the Piece.
Our Pieces are erc-721A tokens with a custom id on the polygon blockchain.
You can either pay with your credit card or MATIC by using your own self-custodial wallet to make a purchase (e.g. Metamask)
Of course, you can purchase as many Pieces as you want and invest in as many creators as you want.
Once you have acquired your Piece, you can trade and re-sell it whenever you like as long as it follows our Terms & Conditions (link). This can be done with our own marketplace that’s launching soon or via a third-party marketplace (e.g. opensea or looksrare).
Your share of the revenue will be paid once a year, and the first payment will occur at Q1, 2024. More information regarding the specific date will be provided shortly.
