The biggest human fear of all is the fear of being unloved

Love defeats fear, every single time

While you were hurting, I added to the fear

While you were hurting, I made the wound deeper

While you were hurting, I said you were no good

While you were hurting, I told you to be alone

While you were hurting, I made you hurt more

While you were hurting, I made everything worse

The cure was always love. Not less but more. Much more. Except it always needs to start from within. Which was lacking. I needed to love myself so much that the excess love could pour out of me and onto you without effort. Onto the world. My light was not bright enough. Now it burns like a thousand suns. I have enough to fill the whole world with love. Rivers flowing with love. Mountains growing with love. The leaves in the trees singing with love. I have oceans in my chest. And my light touches every corner of the world. And now I learned one of life’s most valuable lesson:

While others are hurting, give them your light

While others are hurting, be the one to give, the one to forgive

While others are hurting, lift them up

While others are hurting, drown them in love
