In this issue, I’m excited to share how we’re taking a massive leap forward with Exponential TOM and Bellomas, combining our passions for technology, creativity, and storytelling. We’re using cutting-edge tools in AI, Web3, and NFTs to not only streamline our process but also create an entirely new way to engage with content across platforms.
Let me give you some context on how we got here:
Bellomas is a creative project that I’ve started with my wife. It's a blend of storytelling, music, art, and technology, where we take inspiration from our personal experiences and explore how emerging technologies—like AI and Web3—can fuel the creative process. For example, we’ve been working on a story series called Princess and the Busker, which combines personal narrative with fiction, all with the help of AI tools.
While Bellomas is focused on artistic expression and creative projects, Exponential TOM is my way of documenting the processes and technologies behind those projects. Think of it as a creative-tech ecosystem where everything we create in Bellomas is also a case study for Exponential TOM. By connecting these two worlds, we maximize the potential of each project.
Today’s technology gives us the power to take a single idea and turn it into multiple forms of content across different platforms. For example, a single idea (like using ChatGPT as a doctor) can become:
A blog post on Mirror, documenting how the idea was brought to life.
An NFT combining art and music that reflects the story behind the idea, minted on Zora.
A guide or tutorial for others on how to use AI and Web3 to create their own content, shared via Exponential TOM.
A newsletter on Paragraph that shares the entire journey and key insights with our audience.
This multi-layered strategy not only makes the most out of each idea, but it also allows us to reach different audiences across various platforms, multiplying our impact exponentially.
Efficiency: We’re creating content that works for both projects, leveraging the same core idea to generate blog posts, NFTs, music, and newsletters.
Engagement: By using platforms like Mirror, Zora, Paragraph, and Bonfire, we’re creating unique ways for people to interact with and collect our work.
Scalability: This approach allows us to scale quickly, taking one idea and expanding it across various mediums without doubling the effort.
The core of our strategy revolves around Web3 tools and AI-powered creativity. Here’s a breakdown of how we’re using these technologies to bring our vision to life:
Custom GPTs: We’re building custom AI models (GPTs) to assist us in creating stories, music, and visual art for Bellomas. These AI tools are tailored to enhance the creative process.
Mirror: We’re minting blog posts as NFTs on Mirror, allowing readers to own a piece of the content while following our journey.
Zora: Zora lets us combine art, music, and stories into NFTs, creating collectible pieces that tie into the larger narrative.
Paragraph: Through Paragraph, we document our progress in newsletters, which are then minted as NFTs for our most dedicated followers.
Bonfire: We’re exploring gated content experiences on Bonfire, allowing NFT holders to access exclusive content or special perks based on what they collect.
Synergy between creativity and technology: We’re not just using AI and Web3 for the sake of it. They’re embedded into how we create, document, and distribute our content, giving us a way to work smarter and reach more people.
Cross-platform engagement: By creating on multiple platforms, we’re offering different types of engagement—whether it’s reading a blog, collecting an NFT, or listening to music on Audius.
Ownership for the community: Web3 allows our audience to directly engage with and own the content they love, turning followers into collaborators and collectors.
While Bellomas and Exponential TOM are two distinct projects, they’re deeply connected through shared tools, processes, and ideas. Here’s how it works:
Focus: Creativity and storytelling, using AI to generate stories, music, and art.
Output: Fiction, visual art, music, and personal narratives—minted as NFTs on platforms like Mirror and Zora.
Focus: Documenting the process and tools used to create content in Bellomas and beyond.
Output: Technical guides, case studies, and tutorials on how to use AI and Web3 to bring creative projects to life.
Each time we create something in Bellomas, we can document the process for Exponential TOM, turning the artistic creation into a guide, blog post, or case study.
This dual strategy ensures that we’re always generating meaningful content for both sides without doubling the work.
Beyond just working on our own projects, Exponential TOM is also about helping other entrepreneurs and creators tap into the power of AI and Web3. We’ve realized that by collaborating with others, we can help them create Custom GPTs or launch their own Web3 projects, and in turn, we get to document the journey for our blog, newsletter, and NFTs.

Web3 Strategy: Teaching entrepreneurs how to mint their own content as NFTs using platforms like Mirror, Zora, and Bonfire.
Each collaboration becomes a case study or guide for Exponential TOM, allowing us to expand our content and grow our community.
Every time we collaborate with an entrepreneur, we generate new content in the form of blog posts, tutorials, and NFTs.
Exponential TOM grows by building a network of like-minded creators and documenting how AI and Web3 can transform various industries.
This approach not only gives us the freedom to work more closely together with my wife but also allows us to maximize each idea across multiple platforms. Today’s technology enables us to combine creativity and technical expertise in ways that weren’t possible before, and we’re building an ecosystem where each project feeds into the next.
We’re currently setting up the first Custom GPT for Bellomas, which will help us create new stories, art, and music. After that, we’ll document how we built it and share it as a case study for Exponential TOM.
