Five sectors: non-State 6b standard vehicle ban since July
Five departments, such as the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Industry and the Department of Safety and Security, have previously issued a circular to ban the production, import and sale of vehicles that do not meet phase 6b of the country’s six-emission standard, effective 1 July 2023. A semi-annual transition period was granted to the six-b vehicles of the light vehicle country, such as “monitoring only”, for some of the operational pollutant emission tests (i.e., the RDE test).
Two sectoral communications regulating real estate brokering services
