Welcome Cujo Community to the CujoSwap Single-Sided Pool (SSP)! This is the first of the many features we have coming to the CujoSwap dApp. At the moment the $CUJO SSP is the only staking pool available, but we have plans to release Liquidity Provider (LP) Pools, Partnership Token Pools, and other Macro-Level Cryptocurrency Pools. Below we have written an article that covers; how to stake, how to claim, and the logistics behind the Single-Sided Staking Pool (SSP).

In case you are just looking for a quick summary of what the $CUJO SSP is, we have provided a short list below outlining the most important aspects of the pool.

The $CUJO Single-Sided Staking Pool (SSP) will require users to stake their $CUJO to generate rewards in $CUJO. The rate at which these rewards are calculated is determined by the amount of $CUJO currently staked.

For example, if a user stakes 1% of the total $CUJO supply and the total staked is 2%, they would be entitled to 50% of the daily rewards pool (paid out on a per second basis). This would result in an extremely high APY for the pool when there are few stakers and decreasing gradually as more users join the SSSP. This was specifically designed to reward early stakers that chose to lock their tokens in good faith of the Cujo Community.

Current calculations for the pool’s APY and APR have been made with the assumption that approximately 5–10% of the total supply of $CUJO will be staked in the pool, resulting in an aggregate APY of ~2750%. Keep in mind that 5–10% of the total supply of $CUJO is about 25–50% of the total circulating supply after the initial and blacklist burns are taken into account.

There are two options for claiming your rewards from the $CUJO SSP:

Claim — This will open a transaction that will claim ONLY your rewards and leave the rest of your $CUJO in the staking pool. If you wish to compound your rewards you will need to call this claim function and then follow the staking guide above.

Claim and Unstake — This will open a transaction that will claim AND unstake the entirety of your $CUJO from the pool. This option will be unavailable for the first two weeks of staking as all stakers will be locked for the initial 2 week period.
