1. Most people should aspire to multiple projects for which they are simultaneously compensated. 2. Primary employer is not more than a project, regardless of hours stated in the contract obligation. 3. Everybody deserves to express themselves fully in their work, and no employer is a limit for one’s further monetary engagements. 4. Most people are better versions of themselves when they accept to become a business rather than an employee for a single entity. 5. Agency life develops skills and improves our logic in whichever field we see ourselves as fully expressed. 6. Full-time job is not for everyone. Part-time is real.
7. If you accept money for whatever you do, you are a business. Employees are businesses themselves, but most have brokered a very bad deal with their clients.
