Next week, Future Surf Radio will celebrate it’s 100th episode, our first curated art gallery, and our first appearance at ETH Denver.
The past year many people have asked when we would sell something, but that was never the focal point for us. For nearly 100 episodes we have focused on curating a scene and setting that would attract the creators, thinkers, tinkerers, and builders that we connect with organically because we can see one another in each others work.
Such is the case with RAREBANDY, an amazing creator and founder of Bandyland / Rare Panthers whom illustrated the piece shown on the right, “Rarie’s Surf”.

One day Rarie was on a stroll to no place in particular in which he wandered quite far off the beaten path, and came across an abandoned beach.
The beach was full of trash that had washed ashore, and was clear that the previous caretakers were gone. Most people would turn away, but Rarie had vision. 👀
The very next morning he returned to the beach with his metal detector and a sense of wonder. There was a sparkle of ambition in his eyes as Rarie cleaned up the beach and began working to uncover its true potential.
When you’re following your purpose. The universe will conspire to help you achieve it.
Such was the case with Rarie. As he toiled away, others that could now see his progress and his passion showed up one day with their own gear to pitch in.
