The GameSwap SmartWallet is a feature designed to make the initiation into Web3 gaming much more familiar to traditional users through the use of social account logins (such as X, Google, Facebook, etc.). Embracing a keyless wallet mechanism, the Smart Wallet automatically creates a Web3 wallet linked to a user's social account upon login. This innovative approach eliminates the need for users to memorize 12 seed phrases or private keys. Instead, managing their social account is all that's required.

Built on the native account abstraction of zkSync, the SmartWallet's operations, including gas fee payments, are facilitated by a Paymaster. This setup allows game publishers to fund a small amount of gas fees for users upon account creation, enabling them to perform in-game operations. As users become more familiar with the game, they can then deposit funds to continue playing. Remarkably, Governance tokens from various GameFi projects can also be used to cover gas fees, further simplifying the user experience.

With the completion of the GameSwap Smart Wallet functionality, our aim is to offer it as a service to GameFi projects, integrating it into their games to streamline the onboarding process for traditional users.
