The behavior of buying and selling driver’s license seriously endangers road traffic safety. The administrative measures for scoring illegal acts in road traffic safety, which will come into force on April 1, 2022, will impose heavy penalties for such acts.

If a motor vehicle driver asks others to accept the punishment and score for traffic violations and pay economic benefits, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall pay a fine of less than three times the economic benefits, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 50000 yuan; At the same time, the original traffic violations shall be punished according to law.

If the actual motor vehicle driver is punished for traffic violations and scored for economic benefits, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall impose a fine of less than three times the illegal income, but the maximum shall not exceed 50000 yuan, and 12 points shall be recorded at a time; At the same time, the original decision on administrative punishment shall be revoked according to law.

Whoever organizes others to buy and sell shares for economic benefits shall be fined not more than five times the illegal income by the traffic management department of the public security organ, but not more than 100000 yuan; Whoever commits acts such as disturbing the order of the unit, which constitutes a violation of public security administration, shall be punished for public security administration according to law.

Resume driving qualification examination “across provinces”

The revised regulations on the application and use of motor vehicle driver’s license will come into force on April 1, 2022, and a number of traffic control facilitation measures will be implemented.

Tourism, diving, fishing and other activities shall not endanger the safety of underwater cultural relics

The revised regulations of the people’s Republic of China on the protection and administration of underwater cultural relics shall enter into force as of April 1, 2022. For large-scale capital construction projects in waters under the jurisdiction of China, the construction unit shall report to the relevant competent department of cultural relics in advance to organize archaeological investigation and exploration in places where cultural relics may be buried within the scope of the project; If archaeological excavation is necessary, the procedures for submission for approval shall be performed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law of the people’s Republic of China on the protection of cultural relics.

Any unit or individual that finds suspected underwater cultural relics in any way shall timely report to the relevant competent department of cultural relics, and has the right to report to the competent department of cultural relics any act that violates the provisions of these regulations and endangers the safety of underwater cultural relics.
