Hi there,
I will keep the presentation and the story of how we got there for another day. Today is about setting up goals so I can start holding myself accountable from now on.
Because you still need a little bit of context, here’s me in three bullet points.
I’m a young frenchie in my 20’s.
I co-founded a business based in the UK that isn’t generating revenue yet.
I have less than 500 euros left on my account.
But things could be worse. I’m healthy & happy. Also, I’m at a pivotal moment of my entrepeurial journey, and I know that the decisions I am making today will impact the rest of my life. This is why I decided to set up some goals that I believe are the right ones, and to achieve them in public to hold myself accountable and who knows… maybe the random stuff that I’m writing could be somehow useful.
So here we go, these are the things I want to achieve in the short-term (long-term life goals will be for another time):
Enough money to cover my living costs (disclaimer, I’m not attracted by money nor have an expensive lifestyle - I just want to not worry about money if I want to eat outside or replace my squash racket).
Freedom to travel anywhere (= whatever I do has to be done remotely if I want).
Work on something meaningful.
Meet new interesting people.
Increase the focus on my health and personal development.
Spend more time with my family.
How do I get there?
Generate an income > $2000 per month (we will come back on this soon).
Find the right working organisation.
Focus on health and wellbeing.
Let’s get started.
