China Telecommunications Forum for Deeper Digital Divide

On 26 April, during the sixth Digital China Building Summit, the China-Chinese Society for Communication, co-hosted by the China Telecommunications Association, held in Fortunate, the Forum for the Deep Development of Digital Fausto Building, Inc. As one of the sub-forums of the 2023 clouds of ecology, the Forum focused on high-quality development of entrepreneurship, with a broad invitation to graduate students to explore new paths for the upgrading of digital industries and digital enterprises in the digital economy, with a view to creating innovative conditions for the development of private-sector enterprises in the province, helping build digital infrastructure and helping to move towards the digitization of entrepreneurship. The Vice-President of the Department of Political Affairs of the Province of Fuerzas, the Minister of Engineering of China, the Minister of Science of the European Academy of Sciences, Kim Bin, the Deputy General Manager of Telecommunications of China, and the Under-Secretary-General of the Chinese Society for Communication, joined the Forum.

Message from the Deputy Director General of Telecommunications of China

In his message, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stated that, in the context of the deepening wave of digital development and the digitization of entrepreneurship, Chinese telecommunications as a major force and a national team in cyber-power countries, digital China, must not be dismissed, offered and in-depth. The first is to promote the integration of the cloud network and to build a digital transition base for entrepreneurship. The second is to promote integration of applications to meet the digitization needs of developing countries and countries with economies in transition. The third is the deepening of ecological integration, optimizing the digitization of entrepreneurship in developing countries and countries with economies in transition. The organization of a forum for entrepreneurship is a positive practice that promotes broader, broader and deeper ecological cooperation. In the future, Chinese telecommunications will fully draw on the Group’s excellent case experience, integrate the resources and capacities of industrial chain partners, provide high-quality digitization products, promote good platforms, applications, good cases, focus on digitization of entrepreneurship and helping to achieve more efficient, sustainable and secure quality development.

Synergies and innovations to release new energy for development

In the context of the global restructuring and restructuring of the industry, the province has made significant efforts to develop the digital economy, working to seize new opportunities, open new areas, win new competitions, actively seeking technological integration innovations and driving cross-border industrial development. The resource advantages of the integration of China’s telecommunications network are based on deep-rooted scientific and technological innovations and service digital development.

The Forum’s partners in the Chinese telecommunications consortium held the launch of the Centre’s joint laboratory, the Interdictional Joint Laboratory of the Spring State and the Unilateralized Alternative Laboratory. Among them, the Centre’s joint high-level laboratory focused on solutions in the field of think-making, researching techniques such as AI model training, large-scale trans-territorial power movement control, and the spring joint industrial-ingenerated laboratory, working towards a breakthrough in industrial Internet solutions, researching technology such as the next generation of CDN, helping to upgrade the mindset of traditional manufacturing, public service, etc. in the state of spring; and the Unilateralized Alternative Laboratory focused on eco-preparation, providing authoritative messaging quality assessments, supporting the building of a well-functioning ecology base for application and robust security.

The establishment of joint laboratories is important for the promotion of technological development and industrial upgrading, the integration of faculties, the technological integration of cloud grids, the integration of central firms with local institutions and the ecological integration of all-encompassing centres. Subsequently, China’s telecommunications partners have continued to develop high-end technology applications, train high-end personnel, aggregate high-end industrial ecology, and provide high-quality high-speed service infrastructure development.

The accelerated digitization and intelligent development of new urban infrastructure is a major step in the context of the high priority given by the State to new smart cities and new infrastructure development. At this forum, the Chinese Academy of Telecommunications and Construction, in collaboration with the construction of a joint intelligent laboratory, will work together to explore the development and application of front-line science and technology, such as the intelligent interaction of humans, the management of intellectual logistics, the AI-Non-Non-Courries, to accelerate the development of a new generation of information technology and construction industrialization technologies, and to promote green upgrading in construction.

The development of education and scientific research is undergoing new changes as the “digital lot” builds into fast tracks. This forum, the China Telecommunications and Focos, which builds the “Statistics Research Base”, will promote cooperation in the integration of the two communities around the building of a joint research base in the Gulf of Guinea, talent cooperation, the development of teaching resources and scientific and technological cooperation, the transformation of results, the sharing of laboratories/ platforms, the sharing of resources, the sharing of benefits, and the promotion of high-quality “learning for productive development”.

Focused Project Strategy Contract, New Bureau of Helping Developing Countries

In the face of historical opportunities for digital economic development, the development of industries has been proactive in generating information, and Chinese telecommunications have continued to work with business enterprises to facilitate the digitization of enterprises.

At this forum, China’s telecommunications and Google Sea Corporation strategy was contracted to develop comprehensive cooperation in the areas of smart manufacturing, such as 5G+ industrial control, industrial data security, multi-base network, 5G margin calculations, industrial large data clouds, and based on a multi-base integrated industrial cloud network programme based on solar clouds, 5G, industrial PON, SDN, large data technology, the construction of full-linked plants and park digital brains, the upgrading of security capabilities and the promotion of digitization of enterprises.

In addition, the Chinese Telecommunications for Development has entered into a partnership with 13 Chinese companies, such as pyrotechnic communications, the Insecretary Control Unit, the Seventh-Day Adventists, the New Energy for China, the Middle Rock (Fife), the Middle Costar Bridge in the State of Spring, the Fonds and the Fonds Group, in partnership with the White Helmets, the Integrated Digital Solutions for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the Five-G Technology Sky Data Industry Applications, and the 5+ Industrial PON Smart Plant, to digitize the entire range of enterprises.

At the Penitentiary Forum, Chinese telecommunications also launched a system of automotive-intellectual products, combining numeracy technology with cloud computing technology, to provide a better solution for the automobile industry.

5G clouds, “two-way” driven by booster business

In the digital economy, digitization of enterprises has increased significantly. In the province of Freetown, where economic development is strong, 95 per cent of high-technology enterprises are private enterprises, and 70 per cent of scientific and technological results are generated by private enterprises. The three-year Action Plan for Industrial Digital Transition in the Province of Focaus (2023-2025) states that, by the end of 2025, the development of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing integration became an important building block for manufacturing power, with a full range of key sector-wide operations.
