Blockchain can verify transactions, permissions, timestamps and rule execution. It cannot prove that a document is true, a beneficiary is legitimate, or an intervention created real-world impact. This article separates financial transparency, governance accountability and impact evidence—and explains why one broad “verified” label is not enough.
