Many people often confuse with Purpose and Passion when choosing a career. “Follow Your Passion” is a famous quote. But should we do exactly follow our passion?

There are a lot of things one can be passionate about - music, arts, crafts, travel, sports etc. Also it could change from time to time. If so, how can it decide our career? A career should be a long term vision and it should be based on purpose and not passion.
